COMMERCIAL COOKERY, PASTRY, CAKES, DESSERTS & BAKING TRAINING COURSES OFFERED FROM SEPTEMBER 2022

ACTH Institute in partnership with Apetics Academy will be offering Internationally recognized Commercial Cookery, Pastry, Cake & Baking Training Courses in Sri Lanka from September 2022. ACTH will continue to provide the theory comportment of the course through blended learning delivery. Whereas Apetics Academy will provide the kitchen practical through their production kitchens located island-wide. The basic elements of these courses are endorsed by the Tertiary Vocational Education Commission of Sri Lanka (TVEC). Whereas the International recognized certificate is endorsed by the prestigious Institute of Hospitality (UK). The course syllabus is from the Australian SIT training package, trained by Australian certified trainers & the chefs are industry experience chefs who will be delivering the theory & practical component of these courses.  Our strengths in providing quality training programs are due to our internationally recognized partners, our qualified trainers & our modern facilities.
