English for Hospitality Staff

The Hospitality English course offered at ACTH helps students develop their language skills necessary to gain employment in the Hospitality industry, i.e. speaking, presenting, customer handling, complaint handling, requesting, call manners are some of the skills taught in this course.

In addition this course teaches students how to write a proper resume and how to face an interview to gain employment in the industry.

Furthermore, students enrolled in this course learn a wide range of vocabulary and phrases due to constant repeating of what they learned through speaking practice. Hence students will feel confident to work with English speaking team members and international guests.

Finally, students who successfully complete this course are eligible to enrol for the ACTH Soft-Skills courses in Food & Beverage where they get the opportunity to get trained and work in a star class hotel chain or get overseas employment in the region.
